Get your personalized plan based on your goals, your provider will design a personalized treatment plan tailored to your body. 3–4 treatment sessions, about 4 weeks apart, are usually recommended, but the total number of treatments may vary by person and body area.

Treatment
Treatment sessions are about 15–20 minutes per treatment area. The sensation is similar to deep- heat therapy and should feel as comfortable as a hot-stone massage.
